 A Dutch national, John joins us from Millennium & Copthorne Hotels in Singapore as its General Manager. A true-blue hotelier with a hotel career spanning close to two decades he has travelled the world – UK, Canada, Phillipines, France, Spain, Denmark, the Middle East and for the last 16 years, has settled in Singapore and Malaysia. He has been associated with prestigious hospitality names such as the Orient Express, the Ritz, the Sheraton, the Inter-Continental hotels and more.
He leads a dynamic team under the Puteri Hotels Sdn Bhd in executing major projects which involve re-branding The Puteri Pacific Johor Bahru, new opening of the Persada Johor International Convention Centre, acquisitions of new properties under the Selesa name and renovations of existing Selesa properties.

 Roslan has been in the hotel industry for the past 28 years. With vast hospitality experience, Roslan used to work in Kuala Lumpur, Langkawi and Taman Negara, with experience managing both city hotels as well as resort hotels. Formerly with Sibu Island Resort for 10 years, Roslan is finally contributing his expertise
in The Puteri Pacific Johor Bahru as Hotel Manager.

 A member of the prestigious accounting body, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), a certified Chartered Accountant (CA) and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Haida is vested with the power as Group Financial Controller of Puteri Hotels Sdn Bhd to drive the profitability of business. Especially with the opening of the Persada Johor International Convention Centre and the acquisition of more hotels under the Selesa hotel umbrella, she will be the important link in ensuring that the owner’s mission and vision are met within the parameters of investments.

 Arfah is integral in expanding the portfolio of Puteri Hotels Sdn Bhd as a hotel owner or management company. She identifies potential existing hotels and resorts within Malaysia to be either purchased or managed by the hotel company. Currently she is concentrating on the expansion of the Selesa Hotels portfolio.
With a strong background experience from her previous attachment to Johor Corporation, the owners of Puteri Hotels Sdn Bhd, she is well-endowed with strengths that would move the company forward to become the largest local hotel company.

 Hamidi is key to driving the operational aspects of Persada Johor International Convention Centre.
Even more demanding is his role in managing a professional and full-fledged EEC (Events, Exhibitions and Conventions) team who will support the Sales function in delivery of quality events, bringing the level of Convention offerings in Johor Bahru to the next level, never seen before in the city of Johor Bahru and the south of Malaysia.

 Accomplished in Sales & Marketing with a hotel management educational background from Hotel Institute for Management, Montreux, Switzerland, Kamarul heads the Sales & Marketing in Johor Bahru as the Director of Marketing with a sales integration portfolio of both the Convention Centre and the Hotel.
Previously with Hotel Istana Kuala Lumpur, the Pan Pacific Resort in Pangkor and the Hyatt Saujana Regency in the Sales Function and shortly as General Manager of the Summit Hotel in Bukit Mertajam, Kamarul is well-versed with hospitality and will be able to drive the properties here to greater profitability.

 Abdul Latiff Sahat heads the Sales team out of the Kuala Lumpur office and is responsible for driving room and convention sales from the Central region to The Puteri Pacific Johor Bahru, The Persada International Convention Centre and to all the Selesa Hotels under the hotel company’s umbrella.
His previous placings have strengthened him with a background from international convention and catering background

 Yet another pioneer of The Puteri Pacific Johor Bahru, Chef Hanafi has a total of 26 years of working experience tucked under his belt. Chef Hanafi is overall responsible for the kitchens for the Café, Chinese and Western outlets, as well as churning out culinary requirements for the Banquet function.
Even more demanding now with the opening of the Convention Centre, Chef Hanafi is key in driving the kitchen team towards realizing a 4.5 million kitchen based at the Persada Johor.
