CONVENTION HALL

The Convention Area at Level 3 consists of Halls 301, 302 and 303 which is able to seat up to a total of 3,500 people.  These value-for-money conference packages are applicable for bookings of a minimum of 300 persons in each hall, or a minimum of 1000 persons for the usage of three halls combined.

FULL-DAY CONFERENCE PACKAGE at RM85.00++ per person per day

Includes:

• Choice of one working Set or Buffet Lunch
• Morning and afternoon coffee/tea breaks inclusive of coffee, tea and four (4) types of  assorted Sweet or Savoury Snacks

HALF DAY CONFERENCE PACKAGE at RM55.00++ per person per day

Includes:

• Choice of morning or afternoon coffee/tea break inclusive of coffee, tea and four (4) types of assorted Sweet or Savoury Snacks.

The Conference Packages are all-inclusive of:

• The use of one main Conference Hall
• Registration counters, dressing rooms and VIP rooms, subject to availability
• A head table set-up with floral arrangements, water service, mints, writing pads and pencils
• A reception table set-up with floral arrangements
• Up to 5 flip charts with assorted colour markers
• Writing materials, water and mints for all delegates
• Provision of audio-visual equipment – LCD Projector, follow-spot lights, 2 microphones, CD player with technicians on standby to assist with any contingencies.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

We will gladly provide one of the following options as extras for your delegates at only RM2.00++ per person.

• Welcome coffee/tea (without snacks) prior to the start of the conference

There are 12 versatile meetings room to choose from.  We strongly recommend our unique feature which are DAYLIGHT ROOMS which allow for natural daylight to penetrate the rooms, for more inspiration and for a change of scene.

These value-for-money seminar package rates are applicable for bookings of a minimum of 20 persons.

Includes:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Prices are valid until 31st December 2007 and are subject to 10% service charge and 5% government tax
• The package rates are applicable for new bookings only
• Full-Day denotes 8 hours; Half-Day denotes 4 hours.  Any extension of hours will be charged accordingly
• Persada Johor reserves the right to revise the packages without prior notice.
